Burcu (pronounced "Borja") Eroglu is an associate in the Corporate & Finance group. She advises clients on a wide range of corporate transactional matters across multiple sectors, including the entertainment, media, technology and restaurant industries.
Ms. Eroglu's corporate experience comes from two distinguished law firms: Carter Ledyard & Milburn LLP and Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, where she focused on private M&A transactions, corporate governance issues and other transactional matters. Ms. Eroglu has knowledge in public filings and also advises clients who are new business owners.
She is admitted to practice in New York.
